To install TARIS, download any binary package, enter the following commands:

$ tar taris-XXX-GTL-XXX-g++-XXX.tar.gz
$ cd taris
$ ./install.sh

if you execute install.sh command as root user, the program will be installed in /usr/bin

/usr/bin/

      |---TARIS-BuildTree
      |---TARIS-Matrices
      |---TARIS-TreesDistance
      |---TARIS-Dendrogram

else the program will be installed in $HOME/bin
